2. Eligibility

Our services are available to homeowners and property managers located in the state of Massachusetts. By submitting a quote request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the property is located within Massachusetts (ZIP codes beginning with 01 or 02).

3. How It Works

When you submit a quote request through our website, we use your project details to match you with up to three contractors in our network. We may use AI-assisted tools to generate preliminary cost estimates based on your project parameters. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
Use the service for legitimate home renovation inquiries only
Not submit fraudulent, spam, or misleading requests
Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with our platform

5. Communications Consent (TCPA)

By checking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive calls and text messages (including automated and prerecorded messages) from MA Reno Experts and our contractor partners at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Contractor Relationships

Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of MA Reno Experts. We verify that contractors hold proper Massachusetts licensing and insurance, but we do not guarantee:

The quality or timeliness of any contractor's work
Specific pricing, schedules, or project outcomes
The accuracy of contractor-provided estimates or timelines

Any agreement you enter into with a contractor is between you and that contractor. We recommend obtaining written contracts before starting any renovation project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MA Reno Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our service or any contractor relationship facilitated through our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
